2.Where refunds are issued this will not include postage.
3.Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the item, should colour or item preference not be to your liking this will NOT result in a refund.
4.All items are made to order unless stated otherwise on the site,
5.We advise where a colour option is required you select 2 preferences from the 'colour available' page. Should one not be available this still leaves us with an option rather than waiting to get more fabric in, thus delaying your order
6.All items are sent out 1st class delivery, orders over £50 may be sent recorded, If this is the case you will be sent the tracking number.
7.KPK cannot accept responsibility for orders being lost in the post, once delivered to the post office they are out of our control. All parcels have a return address on should failure to deliver occur. We advise that once you have received a dispatch notice from us you check with your sorting office before contacting us with any queries.
8.KPK are considered kind, thoughtful and helpful to all our customers and should you have any problems then we expect all communication to be in the same manor, rude or offensive emails will not be tolerated.
9.KPK will take any of their products being resold under another name other than their own very seriously and could result in legal action.
